Q. Can I see the finished bauble before it arrives?

Yes! We send you a photo of the finished bauble with your dispatch notice.

Q. How long does it take?

Delivery is usually within 5-7 working days. However, if this should change during very busy periods, we will notify you of any delivery date change.

Q. Are the baubles shatter proof?

Traditional shatter proof baubles are made from plastic, all of our baubles are made from glass. Even though the baubles are made with high quality materials, and are more durable than you would expect, they are still to be treated as fragile. They are made from glass and should be treated how all delicate glass items should be... with love!

Q. When is the latest I can order by?

Due to postage restrictions and advisories, the last day we take orders is the 17th of December. This is to ensure all orders are delivered before Christmas Day.

Q. Can I specify a delivery date?

All deliveries are sent as soon as they are made. Unfortunately we do not offer specific delivery days or times. Orders are sent via Royal Mail signed for deliveries.

Q.Can I send one as a gift?

Yes! Please do! Each bauble is packaged individually with a lovely high quality finish, they look good both on, and under the tree!

Q. Oh no! I've made a mistake on my order, can I change it?

If you have found you have made a mistake with your customisation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to amend your order, however, on occasion we will not be able to alter your order if the order has already gone into production. All custom text will be created exactly as entered, so please double check before adding to your cart. Baubles made with errors in spelling on the initial order will not be refunded.

Q. My message doesn't fit in the box for my writing, what should I do?

Wondering why we have a maximum character limit? We've spent a long time painting baubles, and have come to learn through trial and error the final character limit for a personal message on a bauble that looks good!

Q. I don't wan't my writing to be in English, can I use special characters or use another language?

We feel that the festive period is for everyone, and not everyone wants a bauble in English! If the writing is supported on a traditional keyboard then there is no restriction on what you can customise your bauble with. Please send us an email and we would be happy to discus creating your perfect keepsake!

Q. I need my order now, can I pay extra for a faster delivery?

We dispatch finished products as soon as they're made to try and get them to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately we do not offer any Express Delivery options at the moment.

Q. I've forgotten to order one of my items, can I add it to my order?

Unfortunately we cannot add additional items to an order once it has been confirmed, you will need to create another order.

Q. How do I return my item?

Please get in touch we will be happy to help with any issues. Usually most issues can be resolved over the phone, occasionally we may ask for a photo of the item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalised items unless they are found to be faulty. Please contact us with any issues and we will try to solve the problem.
