These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.personalisedkeepsakes.co.uk. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The images of the products shown on this website are for illustrative purposes only, although every effort has been made to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that all devices accurately reflect the products true colour.Your products may vary slightly from the images shown.
Access is granted to all areas of the website without a need for registration. Each registration is for a single user only, we do not permit you to share your username or password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.
Ordering with us.
When placing an order with us, the website will guide you through the steps to complete your purchase. Please take the time to check your order and amend any errors before confirming payment.
Confirmation of payment is not acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of an order takes place when a dispatch confirmation has been sent via email to the address given on the order, please be sure this is accurate. Our contract of payment for goods will only be formed when we have sent you this Dispatch confirmation, even if your payment has been processed at an earlier stage, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order within 24 hours of being placed. However, in limited circumstances we may be unable to provide you with a dispatch confirmation. If so, our acceptance of your order will take place when we post your products you.
We may refuse to accept and order:
- where products are not available
- when payment has not been authorised
- when there has been a pricing or product description error
- if your order is to be delivered outside of the UK
When personalisation content requested is deemed exceptionally offensive, liable to incite racial hatred or pornographic. Swear words that are deemed of a permissible level of obscenity will be produced only when the order has been reviewed and deemed permissible.
Changing or cancelling your order
Orders cannot be altered once placed. Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after being placed, after which your order will have gone into production and cannot be cancelled from this point. To cancel an order, please contact us within this 24 hour time period.
It is your responsibility to check all spelling is correct at the time the order is placed. You will not be entitled to a refund for any products that contain a misspelling that you are responsible for and which you fail to amend.
Your consumer right of return and refund
As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel an order within the time frame listed above. During the relevant time frame if you have changed your mind or decide for any reason that you do not wish to continue with your order, you can notify us of your decision to cancel and receive a refund.
Refund will only be issued with confirmation from the named person on the order.
This cancellation right does not apply in the case of any personalised products that have begun the production process.
To cancel an order you must notify us before the item has gone into production by the method listed on the contact us page of this website.
If you cancel your order, we will refund you the price of the products and the delivery charge in full. If you have only cancelled part of you order, will refund the cost of the products cancelled only and not refund any delivery charges. We will only refund the delivery charge if your complete order is cancelled in full.
Any refund due will be returned to you as soon as possible up to a maximum of 14 days.
We will refund you in the same method in which was used to place the order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and issue a full refund.
Products that have been personalised and delivered will not be accepted for a return and refund unless they are found to be faulty. Please notify us as soon as possible with any issues.
Any delays in postage will not return a delivery charge refund. All orders are dispatched in a timely fashion and Keepsake Christmas Ornaments takes no responsibility for postal delays outside of our control once the product has left our care.
We have a maximum of 30 days to deliver your products. If your products do not arrive to you within this time we accept no liability, so far as permissible by law unless you have contacted us within this time.
If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we accept no liability for any items which have not been received. We will not be responsible or liable for any out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. If there is a substantial issue with delivery and your item has not been received within 30 days you may contact us for a refund for goods purchased but not received.
We do not deliver to addresses outside of the UK.
Our product prices do not include a delivery charge. The delivery charge is outlined during the checkout process, before you confirm your payment.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure or delays of obligations under a contract of goods for payment in the instance such failures or delays are caused by events outside our control. This means any event or act beyond our reasonable control. In such instances you will be contacted as soon as reasonable possible. Our obligation and any time frames set out in these terms and conditions will be exteded to the duration of the event outside our control.
Use of name, logo, designs, images, layout and any general likeness or affiliation to Keepsake Christmas Ornaments is permitted with express written consent only.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law, any disputes regarding our contract for the purchase of goods will governed by English law.
You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms.
